Scheme of work and delivery
It's quite simple. You can copy the links and product codes of the items you need and paste them into the order form on our website. It's important not to forget to specify the required size and color. In your personal account, you'll be able to check if all the information is correct and make any necessary corrections.
We will send you a payment link. The final amount will include the cost of the products and the delivery to our warehouse, which may be free. You will be able to pay for your order using a convenient method, such as Visa/Mastercard, or even cryptocurrency.
After the payment is made, we purchase the order and wait for its delivery to our warehouse. This process usually takes up to 15 business days. If the item is not available, the payment will be refunded to your account balance.
We store your items in our warehouse for up to 6 months. During this time, you can arrange delivery from our warehouse to your home. After payment for the delivery to your location, we will provide you with a tracking number. The preparation of the package for shipment will take no more than 24 hours. The cost of delivery can be viewed by clicking on "More Details."
You can track the status of your package using the tracking number associated with your order in your Personal Account. By tracking the status of your package with the tracking number, you can see when it will arrive in your city. After that, you can pick up your order at the post office or from the courier.
AZORA purchases goods, verifies their sizes and SKU numbers against those indicated on the box or label, and delivers the packages to you. DELIVERY TIMES HAVE BEEN EXTENDED AND CANNOT BE GUARANTEED. Purchased orders cannot be canceled. There are no exchanges or returns.
